Your Local, a small restaurant on Esteban Street, is taking contemporary Asian comfort food and pushing it into strange, new and heady territory.
Of course I just had to try them out. Good thing they had the Chorizo Sandwich so I had something to review. The burger/sandwich has a chorizo patty, with a peperoncini cream sauce, greens and a perfectly fried egg. Technically, this is not a burger but a sandwich, although if it looks like a burger and is fundamentally the same as a burger (meat in between two buns), then it is a burger.
