Yeah, in front of the Tower of London is a marker in honor of Queen Boudicia, a Celtic leader who fought the Roman occupiers of what eventually became Londinium. My nephew-guide was telling me of the high cost of living in this cosmopolitan city. No wonder, I said, the property values have been appreciating since 60 A.D., after the queen died and colonization brought in more people!
